COVID-19 Contingency Policy: (we suggest you monitor this policy; it could be modified at any time without prior notice).

For guests who are considering canceling or rescheduling their vacations due to the concern of traveling for to the Coronavirus or to comply with healthy measures imposed by their country or by Mexico, Villa Amor offers our guests a credit letter to be applied within a period of 12 months from the original booking dates.

Please send us an email to reservations@villaamor.com to be entitled to this benefit. Our published official cancellation policy does not offer cash refunds for last-minute cancellations.

 

Villa Amor Policies

Reservations must be fully paid 60 days before the guest's arrival date.

Prices per night, in US dollars & plus taxes (5% lodging tax & 16% IVA tax).

 

Methods of payment:

VISA, Master Card, AMEX, Pay Pal, and international Wire Transfer

No commission is applied to payments with bank transfer.

Reservations with Special Rate or Discount:

  • Can't be combined with any other promotions,
  • Full Payment Upfront, Non-Refundable.
  • If you need to cancel due to COVID-19 please note you can reschedule anytime for a future date within ONE YEAR!

 

Confirmation of a reservation:

A villa unit is reserved when our reservation department has processed the payment and the guest received an “Executed Confirmation”.

 

Cancellation policy:

For reservations canceled 60 days or more prior to guest arrival, the following options are available:

  • 50% refund from the total paid, minus bank commission.
  • A credit letter for 100% of the total paid, is to be used within 1 year towards another reservation, starting from your original guest's arrival.

For reservations canceled between 59-30 days prior to guest arrival:

  • A credit letter for 50% of the total paid, is to be used within 1 year towards another reservation, starting from your original guest's arrival.

For reservations canceled less than 30 days prior to the guest's arrival and “no shows” No refunds or future credits apply.

  • In case exceeding the limit of guests per room, the Hotel will reserve the right of admission to it.

 

Changes in dates:

If you need to change your dates and the new reservation dates result in fewer nights, no refunds apply.

Group & wedding group bookings: For questions on the terms and conditions of group contracts please contact the resort directly.

  • Promotions are non-refundable and must be paid in full when reserving.

Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury, or personal emergencies. We do not offer credit or refunds for arriving late or leaving early.

 

Resort Check-In/Check-Out

Check-in time is at 3 p.m., and check-out time is at 11 a.m. During peak periods, check-in may be delayed one hour.

 

Pets:

We allow pets case by case, with previous consent and we ask you to please let us know in advance. Pets are only allowed once approved by Villa Amor management. Pets are only allowed with a leash and cannot be left in the villa without supervision.

Sayulita has become a popular resort destination.  In certain months there are more festivities in Sayulita which at times elevate the noise.  Villa Amor does not have authority or control over this situation.
