COVID-19 Contingency Policy: (we suggest you monitor this policy, it could be modified at any time without prior notice).
For guests who are considering canceling or rescheduling their vacations due to the concern of traveling for to the Coronavirus or to comply healthy measures imposed by their country or by Mexico, Villa Amor offers to our guests a credit letter to be applied within a period of 12 months from the original booking dates.
Please send us an email to email@example.com to be entitled to this benefit. Our published official cancellation policy does not offer cash refunds for last-minute cancellations.
Villa Amor Policies
Reservations must be fully paid 60 days before the guest arrival date.
Prices per night, in US dollars & plus taxes (3% lodging tax & 16% IVA tax).
Methods of payment:
Payments by credit card are subject to a 4% bank commission.
Payments by PayPal are subject to a 5% commission.
Payments by wire transfer are not subject to any commission.
Confirmation of a reservation:
A villa unit is reserved when our reservation department has processed the payment and the guest received an “Executed Confirmation”.
For reservations cancelled 60 days or more prior to guest arrival, the following options are available:
50% refund from the total paid, minus bank commission.
A credit letter for the 100% of the total paid, to be used within 1 year towards another reservation, starting from your original guest arrival.
For reservations cancelled between 59-30 days prior to guest arrival:
A credit letter for the 50% of the total paid, to be used within 1 year towards another reservation, starting from your original guest arrival.
For reservations cancelled with less than 30 days prior to the guest arrival and “no shows”:
No refunds or future credits apply.
In case of exceeding the limit of guests per room, the Hotel will reserve the right of admission to it.
Changes on dates:
If you need to change your dates, please note you can do it only one time, if your change results on less nights, no refunds apply.
Group & wedding group bookings: For questions on terms and conditions of group contracts please contact the resort directly.
Promotions are non refundable and must be paid in full when reserving.
Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury, or personal emergencies. We do not offer credit or refund for arriving late or leaving early.
Check-in time is at 3 p.m. , and check-out time is at 11 a.m. During peak periods, check-in may be delayed one hour.
We allow pets case by case, previous consent and we ask you to please let us know in advance. Pets are only allowed once approved by Villa Amor management. Pets are only allowed with leash and can not be left in the villa without supervision.
